		<description>Great tips! I totally agree about drinking water. You have to drink a lot of water during the day to lose weight. And stay away from all sodas! Even diet soda. I think that is one of the harder ones for me; I used to drink one, if not more, soda in a day.
You definitely have to eat a filling breakfast in the morning. I usually go with a healthy baked oatmeal.

One thing that I think is key for most people who are dieting is MEAL PLANNING! Seriously, if I don&#039;t plan out meals for the week, I will forget to take meat out to thaw one day, then when it comes dinner time with nothing to cook it leads to either getting fast food, or a frozen pizza. :[ Fail. Well, really I think that when I don&#039;t meal plan it kind of makes me lazy. But meal planning sets you up for the whole week to make healthy decisions in your eating.

If I had to go with a weight loss program, I would go with Weight Watchers. I have never tried it, but I read a lot about it and I like the way that its set up with the Points Plus. The only thing that I don&#039;t agree with is that they allow you to eat as much fruit as you want in a day and its 0 points, (Correct me if I&#039;m wrong)
