I was able to Review The Daysteps personal lifestyle Planner and I was so impressed I contacted one of the Co founder right after I received it to tell her myself and trust me I don’t do that a lot!! Here, you will become aware of your thoughts, acknowledge, and sort through them. Clear the clutter in your head by writing it down which is going to help me so much!

I like the Feeling Better Through Health and Nutrition, when I get busy I tend to forget if I took my med or vitamins, tried putting the bottles on the next shelf up so I know whether I took them or not, but tend to forget. If I a post it and I lost those. The planner is something I think I can make a habit to write each day.

I’ve owned a planner every year since my freshman year of college. I love the inspirational quotes you often find and planners and it’s necessary when you are juggling appointments, work, assignments, and a work-out plan.

I like how each month it focuses on a new area to help you gain balance in your life. Sometimes just an inspirational quote or message is all you need to feel better and keep pushing through your day. I think everyone should have one of these!
