I’m staying home this season.
I plan to visit my grandparents in New Mexico for the holidays. I havent seen them for 3 years! an out-of-town trip is definitely overdue.
No holiday travel plans. My work schedule does not permit so my family met meet in early Nov for T-Day and X-Mas.
I am definitely staying home. I am super, super broke and will not be celebrating Christmas. I also grew up with my mom crying on Christmas. She hated it. We never got a tree. And the stockings tacked to the wall was always empty!
Oh boo hoo.. sorry about that… thanks for letting me share! I am still going to bring it in happily.
I could use a survival kit for sure!
We are 12 hours away from our family. We won’t be going anywhere. We will have a couple of men from my husband’s job over who are also away from their family. The kids like having lots of people in the house and we all know what it feels like to be separated from family.
I am staying home for the holidays, but I’m not sure I am lucky for I will be alone. All my family have passed and my friends have their own families to think about.
