We all know Breast feeding is best for babies. However, sometimes we have to go to work and can’t always be there to feed them. The good news is that we have breast pumps! So are precious bundle of joys are always getting our milk. However, with so many pumps out there it’s hard to decide on which one is going to work best for you and your needs! As a new mother I had no clue what to look for. Luckily I was able to review the Lansinoh Affinity Double Breast Pump. I think it’s safe to say I won’t be trying another brand. I love it!
I love that you can adjust the settings to how fast you want it to pump and the strength used to pump. Yes I said it adjust. No more painful breast pumps that only pumps at a certain rate and strength. You can now pump the way YOU want to. At first I will be honest, I was hesitant about using the pump, because I couldn’t imagine myself sitting there and just holding on to a breast pump and I was scared it would hurt. I had read many reviews on other pumps saying that they were uncomfortable and I just knew that this would be my experience. However, I am proud to say it wasn’t! With me being a first time mom and new to breastfeeding I decided to pack the pump in my hospital bag. That way if I had any questions on how to use it correctly someone would be there to help me out. Luckily, I didn’t need help and was able to do everything myself.
The pump is very easy to use and super easy to clean. The best thing about it is you don’t have to clean the tubing because its a closed pump, so just toss the other pieces in the dishwasher! Its super easy to use. All you do pretty much is attach and adjust the settings to your liking. Plus its battery operated so you can take it with you at all times!
