My wife has these and she loves them. She says that she can really feel them working. However, I think she prefers the FitFlops that she got for Xmas. Says they are very comfortable to wear and to walk in.

I bought these shoes several months ago and I have to say I DO like them. I didn’t find that they live up to all their claims but they do work your legs and back which is what I’m most interested in and I HAVE seen a difference. I’ve spent tons of money on gym fees and I never go, so the big benefit for me is I’m getting a daily workout without going to the gym which I hated.

Skechers Shape Up Shoes are good and i love wearing them. It is fun walking in these funny shoes.Now I can do it easily for long walks, but first day my legs was aching.

That’s my kind of workout, NOT steppin in a Gym!. Been wondering about these, let us know how she likes them. I walk a lot and think I might invest in these.
