No doubt about it this Atlanta heat is no Joke, it’s going to be 89 degrees today, and that is considered mild but with our humidity that means its going to be  HOT! That’s why it’s so important to stay hydrated & drink lots of water and other fluids through out the day. Especially this time of the year! However, I am still struggling to get my water intake up where it should be! I have found myself falling back into old habits and drinking stuff, I know I shouldn’t! However, the last couple of weeks I have been improving thanks to the Contigo 72 oz. AUTOSEAL® Pitcher I have been reviewing.

My  Thoughts:

I LOVE IT!  I never thought a pitcher would change my life as much as this one has! When I agreed to do a review, I admit I was interested but didn’t really think it would be something that would make me this happy or something that would be so useful.  I was amazed how simple it was to use! I really think this will help me get my water intake up and stop drinking all that junk i really don’t need!

It’s no secret that that I love sweet tea, to be honest you’re not going to find many people in the south who don’t. Sweet tea is pretty much a staple in everyone’s home around here. I usually make a gallon every couple of days. I will be honest I am a tea snob so when my husband brought in a pre-made gallon of Milo’s Sweet tea one time I thought he lost his mind! However, in my time of weakness I decided to try it! WOW, I was amazed! It was actually great! I still prefer my tea of course but we always have a gallon of Milo’s on standby in our fridge now. I later tried other pre-made gallon teas and found out real fast that none come close to Milo’s

Milo’s is the most popular tea in the country and has been the go-to staple beverage of the South since 1946 in homes across the Southeast. They recently came out with three new products joining their legendary collection—decaf sweet tea, lemonade, and a tea-lemonade blend—as these new products provide more options for families to choose from. So when I was offered to review these new products I jumped at the chance and since the summer is coming up the new products came out just in the right time.

 

My Thoughts

Lemonade-OMGoodness! The Best Lemonade ever! Everyone in the family loved it. I even went to the store that night (ok 3 stores actually) to try to find it in gallon size! I was heartbroken I couldn’t find it! I have been told I should have been able to find it so I am still looking! We have to have it!

The Decaf Sweet Tea-It wasn’t as sweet as the Milo’s Sweet tea but it was good. It’s a better option for me at night when I need my tea fix but don’t wanna be up all night like regular tea does.

The Lemonade and Tea blend: I will be honest all of us agreed this just wasn’t our cup of tea. The truth is I hate tea with lemon. I even make sure I request no lemon on the side when I order tea at restaurants. I really had high hopes that I would like this since I loved the lemonade and tea separate. However, it just wasn’t for us. So with that if you like lemon in your tea you will love this new blend!

Our Thoughts:

My Youngest daughter was sent 3 bottles to try. However, she decided to share with her older sister after hearing “it wasn’t fair”. (LOL) They both really liked each one. However, Jada’s favorite one was the apple Juice of course and Jasmine’s favorite was Strawberry Kiwi. Jada loved the characters and has requested us to put more on the grocery list. As a parent, I really loved the fact that we can actually buy refills and re-use the SippaTops. . My Thoughts:

I have always been a big supporter when it comes to the Kohl’s Care products. They have always been great values but the best part you know you are giving back.  Companies that give back to the community always get my support!  I was sent 2 different books and plush toys in exchange for this post and as always my daughter loved them.

The plush toys are amazing and of course, who don’t love Dr. Seuss books? We already had the books so she has decided to keep the plush toys for herself and give the books to my 4-year-old little niece.  We know she is going to love them.
