The Holiday Season is here! I must admit this is my favorite time of the year! Starting this weekend, I will be limiting my schedule during Thanksgiving week to enjoy it with family and friends. I will also be celebrating my 35th birthday on THANKSGVING DAY! I love when my birthday falls on Thanksgiving. That means I get to celebrate my special day with everyone who is close to my heart.
As many of you know I shared with you recently that, I’m now a proud new member of Netflix Stream Team. Over the last few weeks, we’ve been really enjoying our Netflix membership! Since it’s getting darker sooner, and it’s chilly outside, we have been able to have more family nights during the week in front of the TV. That is why I am excited to share with you our Netflix Stream team theme for the month! It’s friendsgiving, a popular take on Thanksgiving when friends come together to celebrate good food and great company. This theme fits in perfect for the month. It allows parents to show their kids why friends are worth being thankful for with great picks from Netflix. I really enjoyed watching a couple of these picks with my youngest, especially the all-time favorite Charlotte’s web! Take a look at this month’s picks and make sure to check them out during your down time.

I was happy with this months picks but I got to admit we have already started watching CHRISTMAS MOVIES! My oldest daughter’s favorite Holiday Movie of all times is Home Alone. She actually watches it a few times throughout the year. However, last weekend she wanted us to watch it as a family. So, it’s safe to say it put us all in the Holiday Mood. I even put our Christmas decorations and our dinning room Christmas tree up Saturday! Since we do a live tree in the living room, I will be waiting to put that one up the first weekend in December. So, being a big fan of Macaulay Culkin we also watched My Girl, which she also loved. I was shocked that this was her first time watching it!
I hope you and your family have a safe and happy Thanksgiving! XOXO. Until next time. And, don’t forget to check back next month for our family’s favorite Christmas Movies.
