1/2 cut cantaloupe
1/2 dry pint of fresh raspberries
1/2 dry pint of fresh blueberries
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup orange juice
Preparation:
Wash fruits. Cut chunks of melon from the cantaloupe half, or use a melon baller if you have one. In a large bowl, combine melon balls or chunks, raspberries and blueberries. Combine orange juice and honey and drizzle over fruit. Chill until ready to serve.
You can serve with a dollop of light whipped topping or vanilla yogurt.
